Hi, it’s actually a problem because too many people are using my API key at the same time (the API key is essential too access Klout’s datas). You can use this new one : 6rvjy5eqb28gnjjgk8gan2rp (please, place it in the widget configuration) or you can create your own Klout API key at this adress : https://klout.com/s/developers/home. Hello Matt,

I have downloaded your Klout score Widget and activated it. I added my username and added the widget to the sidebar on this page http://www.integritymcseo.com/integrity/about-brian-hughes/. The score was working yesterday but today it is showing 0. Can you help me fix it?

Hi Derek,

the id you got from « whatismykloutid » is your Klout User ID not a valid API key (V2). I just modified the plugin with a new default working key. You should be able to get your Klout Score by updating the plugin.

You can also just change the plugin config with the following informations :

Klout username: derek_bell

Klout API partner Key V2: fyz62w72y5jbcmmdd4zzcxy5

Hello

I’ve added your Klout plugin to my website footer, but I can’t seem to get my score to appear. I found a website: http://whatismykloutid.weijie.info/ which gives me my ID a series of numbers. But I’m not sure that’s what I need. Your plugin calls for an API Partner Key – you suggest to use yours. And I also need my Klout Username – agh, I’m not sure what that is 🙂 I signed up using my Twitter account so I assumed it would be my handle @derek_bell.
Any suggestions?
